Hi There, Thanks for stopping by, here is a bit about my work.

I began in Education; working as a teacher and administrator for young children for 30 years.

Since 2017, I have enjoyed working in Mental/Behavioral Health, helping others breakthrough challenges .  I use my lived experience, my education and mental health strategies in my coaching practice. 

What I know for sure is that the most important relationship you will ever heal and nourish, is the one with yourself.  I have had the honor of helping hundreds of women cultivate a self love that ALWAYS pours over into their other relationships. I understand deeply the challenges that come with loving yourself and appreciate working with women who are sick and tired of where they are  emotionally and are ready to make changes. I guide people ( I work with men by referral only) through the hardest of things, and it's a privilege to do so. 

Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled; right?!?

that are standing in the way of everything you deserve.

My specialties include coping skills, boundary setting, mindset and communication to create the connection you deserve with yourself and others.

Some of what I do includes; helping women bounce back from toxic relationships, provide parenting strategies that are mutually respectful,  provide connection communication skills to companies & schools,

and I support teens through mentorship.

Every coaching plan is designed uniquely to the needs of the person or organization in front of me. 

​

I support, encourage and empower others by teaching proven strategies for optimal healthy relationships;

 the relationship with yourself and with your loved ones, co-workers, and students.

Kellie is a Certified Life coach with degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood. Kellie is certified in Positive Discipline & Adlerian Psychology. Kellie serves as a Mentor for teens and provides Community Based Mental Health services.
